Frozen Yogurt at Home
4 C frozen fruit
1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
1/4 C honey
Pinch of kosher salt
1 t vanilla
Put the frozen fruit (you can use berries, mango, peaches) into a food processor and blend till almost smooth. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to make it blend better. Serve in bowls topped with coconut, almonds, chocolate or white chips, anything you like.
