“Extra” Burger

For 2 large burgers:

2 lb ground beef

2 eggs

1/4 C bread crumbs

1/4 C A1 Sauce

1/8 C Worcestershire

2 T fresh rosemary, chopped very fine

1 T kosher salt

1 t black pepper

Mix these ingredients very well with hands until the mixture is smooth. Form into two large, thick patties and grill them or pan fry them. Serve topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, ketchup and mustard … whatever you like and put it on a brioche bun.
